All products sold on our website are digital items. Orders are delivered automatically to the customer’s account once payment is successfully completed. In most cases, delivery is instant.
24-Hour Non-Delivery Guarantee
If a customer does not receive their digital item within 24 hours of a successful payment, they may request a full refund.

We will first attempt to verify and complete delivery. If we are unable to confirm delivery within 24 hours of the original payment, a full refund will be issued.
No Refunds After Successful Delivery
Because our products are digital and usable immediately, all sales are final once the item has been successfully delivered to the customer’s account. We do not provide refunds for:

Fraud & Abuse
